The first steering rack I received was in perfect condition, minus the damage UPS had done to it. I reached out to Lance, and he had another one at my doorstep in five business days. Customer service like this doesn't exist anymore. He has gained a future customer. 10 stars if I could.
After running through two non-OEM steering racks it’s nice to have something that is high quality in the daily driver. Thanks.
Easy return
First off, this rack was at my door in less than 3 days from date of purchase. I was waiting on some shocks so I didn’t mind a wait but did not expect that. Customer service, tho I didn’t need it, but I did ask about shipping times before ordering and got a response within minutes. Lance reached out offering help or guidance if needed. Fitment was perfect. Extra orings for the power steering lines were a huge plus considering they slipped my mind when I went to install everything but they were tied to the rack! Can now steer my rig on 33s with 1 finger. Def recommend and will for sure do business again in the future.
Was very pleased it arrived 3 days from order being placed (this was the week before Christmas too). I had a friend install it and No complaints. Happy to be back on the road and headed out for a coastal roadtrip this week.
