So, you've replaced your old spindles/knuckles with the refreshed ones from Fr33 Lance Fab. If your old ones are undamaged, with no bends or heavy rust, we'll refund the core charge when you send them in. Cores must be returned within 30 days of receiving your Fr33 Lance Fab order. 

All Core Returns must be processed through Core Return Portal.

Refunds will be processed within 2 weeks once spindles are inspected and verified are in acceptable condition. Include photos of front and back of both spindles. Reminder spindles must not have heavy rust, bends or broken bolts. All cores are subject to be rejected by digression of Fr33 Lance Fab. This is done to ensure we can offer best product for each and every customer. If they are rejected we recommend trying to sell locally.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Delivery

Fr33 Lance Fab ships their products within the United States and Canada. Most products ship via UPS or USPS. Orders that exceed $600 may require a signature confirmation. The customer is responsible for import taxes and fees on international shipments.

Damaged or Missing Parts

In an instance where you receive a damaged package a claim must be made with Fr33 Lance Fab immediately. The claim can be submitted by sending an email to Orders@Fr33LanceFab.com containing photos of the damaged packages and damaged products. The email must also include your order number as well. Do not discard any of the original packaging or try installing the products. Failure to do the above may result in us not being able to assist. Alternatively you can open claim with UPS/USPS etc this would be same procedure we would be facilitating. 

While every precaution is taken there could be a case where you are missing parts. If this happens please send an email to Orders@Fr33LanceFab.com with your order number, list of missing parts, and photo of the package or packages.

If the shipping carrier losses your package please contact Fr33 Lance Fab immediately. A claim will be filled with the shipping carrier. Unfortunately, we do not have control over UPS/USPS/FedEx and must wait for the carrier to process the claim. We will do our best to assist swiftly. 

Parts Cancellations / Returns

No cancellations on parts such as spindles, stealth series, steering racks, pumps, CV, Driveshafts, suspension etc once ordered. This components are built per your order spec and are assigned as soon as you order. 

Small parts cancellations and returns have ability to be returned within 30 days of being ordered but must be in new unopened/un used condition. Customer is subject to cover return shipping cost and a 15% restock fee to cover CC transaction fee/packaging material/re stocking.

The customer and driver assume full responsibility and liability for the vehicle, its operation, maintenance, inspection, and safe use after installation.

The customer, installer, owner, and driver expressly release, waive, and discharge Fr33 Lance Fab from any and all liability, claims, damages, losses, injuries, or death arising from the purchase, installation, use, misuse, maintenance, or operation of these products, including product failure or vehicle accidents of any kind.

After installation, all hardware must be re-torqued after the first 500 miles and inspected regularly thereafter. Off-road use and abuse can cause accelerated wear or damage to components.

No aftermarket parts can eliminate the inherent risks of vehicle operation. Always drive responsibly, wear seat belts, and ensure all passengers do the same.
