Leaking steering rack on your First Gen Tundra/Sequoia?
We've had this issue across all of our first-generation Tundras and Sequoias. Finding a reliable rebuilt rack proved challenging after wasting time and money on parts from big stores. However, we've got you covered with our dependable rebuilt OEM racks. Small team of expert rebuilders use high-quality seals and diligently overhaul thoroughly, and finish with a high-solids courtesy paint finish. Additionally, now comes with FR33 Lance Fab poly bushings are pre-installed ($50+ value) to enhance steering responsiveness. Rest assured, our product is backed by a one-year, no-leak warranty even with poly bushings and includes inner tie rods.
Current lead times are around 3-7 business days to ship.
$150 Returnable Core Fee returned when you send your old OEM steering rack back to us Core needs to returned within 60 days. Rack must be OEM with no major rust or damage to critical components. Core return Fee is $150 Minus Cost Of Discounted shipping label. To return core simply click here.
**No Canadian Core Return option at this time due to customs and boarder difficulties. We recommend you sell your cores locally and should not be a problem.**

Fr33 Lance Fab ships their products within the United States and Canada. Most products ship via UPS or USPS. Orders that exceed $600 may require a signature confirmation. The customer is responsible for import taxes and fees on international shipments.
Damaged or Missing Parts
In an instance where you receive a damaged package a claim must be made with Fr33 Lance Fab immediately. The claim can be submitted by sending an email to Orders@Fr33LanceFab.com containing photos of the damaged packages and damaged products. The email must also include your order number as well. Do not discard any of the original packaging or try installing the products. Failure to do the above may result in us not being able to assist. Alternatively you can open claim with UPS/USPS etc this would be same procedure we would be facilitating.
While every precaution is taken there could be a case where you are missing parts. If this happens please send an email to Orders@Fr33LanceFab.com with your order number, list of missing parts, and photo of the package or packages.
If the shipping carrier losses your package please contact Fr33 Lance Fab immediately. A claim will be filled with the shipping carrier. Unfortunately, we do not have control over UPS/USPS/FedEx and must wait for the carrier to process the claim. We will do our best to assist swiftly.
Parts Cancellations / Returns

No cancellations on parts such as spindles, stealth series, steering racks, pumps, CV, Driveshafts, suspension etc once ordered. This components are built per your order spec and are assigned as soon as you order.
Small parts cancellations and returns have ability to be returned within 30 days of being ordered but must be in new unopened/un used condition. Customer is subject to cover return shipping cost and a 15% restock fee to cover CC transaction fee/packaging material/re stocking.

After installation, all hardware must be re-torqued after the first 500 miles and inspected regularly thereafter. Off-road use and abuse can cause accelerated wear or damage to components.
No aftermarket parts can eliminate the inherent risks of vehicle operation. Always drive responsibly, wear seat belts, and ensure all passengers do the same.

The rack seems good so far after driving around with it for the last month. They wont refund my core charge because they said its "too rusty" based off photos I sent them. They are denying my refund without actually seeing it for themselves first. If they looked at it for themselves they would see that it is just surface rust and the case of the rack is good enough to prep and paint. I emailed them back about it and recieved radio silence... Lance youre a grade A prick! Buyer beware if your 20+ year old rack looks anything like mine did

We responded within an hour of your message on September 25th. As mentioned at that time, your rack core unfortunately had too much rust for us to rebuild to the quality standards we promise every customer.
We’re a small family owned business, not a large corporation, so every core we accept has to be one we can confidently restore into a reliable, long-lasting product. Rust in the rack tube (thin wall steel) is a known failure point, and excessive corrosion can often lead to leaks and punctures.
Our goal at Fr33 Lance Fab is always to provide the best possible product and stand behind every part we send out. That’s why we have specific parameters in place for core condition stated on product page.
As stated in our September 25th email, we recommend posting your core locally—someone may still find it useful for partial parts or repair especially being in Canada where parts sometimes are hard to get.
